These terms are an agreement between Trialo and the business that signs up to use Trialo ("you"). Trialo is a business name of Shire Elite Cheerleading Pty Ltd (ABN 14 601 533 304) ("Trialo", "we", "us").
By creating an account or using Trialo, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. The person signing up confirms they have authority to agree on behalf of the business.
Trialo is for businesses. It isn't offered to individuals for personal use.
Trialo is an online enrolment system. It manages enquiries, trial bookings, follow-up tasks, messages to families and reporting.
We keep improving Trialo, so features may change. If we remove something that materially reduces what you've paid for, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice.
New accounts start with a free trial for the period shown when you sign up. To keep using Trialo after the trial, add your payment details before it ends. If you don't, your account becomes read-only and your information is handled as set out in section 8.
The account owner can cancel at any time from the Billing page in Trialo, by selecting "Manage subscription".
If you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Your account then becomes read-only, your booking form stops taking trial bookings, and section 8 applies.
We may suspend or end your account if you seriously breach these terms, don't pay after the retries in section 5, or use Trialo in a way that puts other customers or families at risk. Where we reasonably can, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.
We may also stop offering Trialo altogether by giving you at least 30 days' notice and refunding any fees you've paid for time after it closes.
You own the information you and your families put into Trialo ("your data"). You give us permission to store and process it to provide Trialo to you, and to use it in de-identified form as set out at the end of this section.
We will:
We may use de-identified, combined information that can't identify you or any family, such as how often features are used and enquiry, trial and enrolment rates. We use it to improve Trialo and to create benchmarks that we show to other businesses using Trialo. No business or family can be identified from these benchmarks.
When your account becomes read-only — because your free trial ended, a payment couldn't be collected, or you cancelled and your paid period ended — we keep your data for 30 days in case you want to come back. We'll email you 5 days before it's deleted. After 30 days, your data is automatically and permanently deleted, and backup copies are cleared within a further 7 days.
You can ask us to delete your data sooner by emailing hello@trialo.io.
You're responsible for the family information you collect and put into Trialo. In particular, you agree to:
Emails and texts are sent in your business's name. Trialo comes with ready-made templates, but you're responsible for what your messages say and who you send them to.
We can't guarantee every message will be delivered, because delivery depends on phone networks and email providers. We may pause messaging on your account if it's causing complaints or breaking the law.
You must not:
Smart Insights are produced by AI from your business metrics. They're a starting point, not advice. They may sometimes be incomplete or wrong, so check anything important before acting on it.
We work hard to keep Trialo available and reliable, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. Where we can, we'll give notice of planned maintenance. For help, email hello@trialo.io.
We own Trialo, including its software, design and the templates it comes with. While you're subscribed, you can use Trialo and its templates for your business. Your own content — your logo, the changes you make to templates and your data — stays yours.
If you send us feedback or ideas, we can use them to improve Trialo without owing you anything.
Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded.
Where the law allows it:
You're responsible for claims made against us because you breached privacy or spam laws, or section 9, to the extent your breach caused them.
We may update these terms. We'll email you at least 30 days before any significant change takes effect. If you don't agree to the change, you can cancel before it takes effect and we'll refund any fees you've paid for time after that date.
